Groups: Trans & Gender Diverse Teen & Parent Program
Youth Support Group: Transgender youth are often isolated and need a safe place to chill. This group is designed to foster a sense of belonging, which can build resiliency and an internalized experience of pride. Our support groups are led by transpeer and therapist dyads who aspires to help our youth and families. Our aim is provide a safe and confidential space for gender diverse youth to come talk about gender and everything but. Simply be themselves.
Parenting Support Group: Parenting though brings us heartfelt warmth and joy most of the time –comes with many dilemmas. One’s parenting practices is often judged or scrutinized by our friends, family and even strangers! Coupled with raising a gender diverse child you are likely to have anxieties that keep you up at night. Our parenting support groups private a grounding space to process our feelings and think together about how to best navigate these uncertainties. Our groups are led by both parent/ therapist dyads and include therapeutic facilitated discussions and theme based talks that will help support, advocate, educate, and addresses the complexities and joys of your gender affirming choices, as well as your child’s developmental, emotional and behavioral growth. We welcome you at any phase in your journey
Our Approach: We promote the healthy development of gender and sexuality diverse youth and their families from a Gender Affirmative model that celebrates gender diversity. We hold values in Human Rights, intersectionality & social justice.

2nd Tuesdays: Tweens (9-13) 6:00-7:30 pm
2nd Tuesdays: Parents/Caregivers/Guardians 6:00-7:30 pm

Fee for Service:
$25 per Session. Scholarships available.
Parent/Caregiver + youth both attend for $20 each ($40 total).
Parents/Caregivers Dyads + youth attend for $60 total.
