Dr. Shannon Dubach, PsyD

Dr. Shannon Dubach offers consultation for inMind and sits on the inMind Advisory Board.

She is a relational psychodynamic psychologist in private practice in Berkeley, California. She works with children, adolescents, and adults and also provides mediation and co-parenting services. She teaches at the Access Institute for Psychological Services (Sociocultural Processes and Child Therapy) and supervises at the Access Institute, the Ann Martin Center, the Wright Institute, and the Women’s Therapy Center. She is the founder of Proud Family Services, an organization that provides mental health, general health, legal, and financial services to LGBTQ-parents, prospective parents, and their families.

Dr. Dubach’s previous work history includes over twenty years of business experience primarily as a management consultant in the U.S. and Europe. She also served on numerous non-profit boards chairing three leading strategic planning processes and serving on development, trustee, by-laws, and finance committees. She is currently the President of the Northern California Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology (NCSPP) and the Treasurer for the Bay Area Rainbow Day Camp.
